In the midst of constant change and challenging times, it can be tempting to lose hope... lose our bearing and become discouraged. Thankfully we have something solid on which to hold, We have an anchor. The Lord Jesus Christ is an anchor of Hope for our soul. Having grown up in a family of fishermen, I know the value of “dropping anchor”. When the boat is firmly anchored, even when the winds come, it stays firmly and persistently within a fixed circle.
